Hello Trafford,
As discussed this morning, a Mr Jon Bavington will be in tomorrow with=
his Cannondale Trail 5 for a gear adjust, correct fitting of the gear guar=
d and fitting of some lock grips.
The bike was only delivered yesterday so sounds like a setup issue.
I have sent the customer a gift voucher to cover the cost of the lock =
grips as the bike should have come with some.
If you need anything further, please let me know.
Please note that I am not in over the weekend however, my Assistant Ma=
nager Peter Jones will be aware of this, if you need anything.
